- 1.The Service is currently free to all users. We reserve the right to charge for this Service in the future. In such event, we will notify you in advance, and give you an opportunity to subscribe to this Service. By registering for this Service and/or continuing to use this Service after the posting of Notices regarding such changes, you agree to be bound by such changes.
- 2.This Service is available "as is." We do not warrant that this Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. There may be delays, omissions, interruptions and inaccuracies in the advertisments, information or other materials available through this Service. We are not responsible for the availability or content of other services that may be linked to this Service.
- 3.We do not tolerate spam (unsolicited commercial communications). Please set your notification preferences so we communicate to you as you prefer. You may not add other advertisers to your mailing list (email or sms) without their consent. We do not rent or sell mobile number and email addresses.
"Spamming" can be defined as sending mass unsolicited emails and/or Short Messages (SMS). we will only send you promotional email or sms where we have your express permission, unless there is a legal or operational requirement for us to do so. If you receive promotional material that you no longer wish to receive, please notify us to unsubscribe from database record.
- 4.Collection of Personal Information we will not share any of your information with any outside party without your explicit consent unless we are required by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary in order to conform to the edicts of the law, cooperate with law enforcement or other government agencies, or comply with a legal process served on the Website, or court orders.
