  3. 3.We do not tolerate spam (unsolicited commercial communications). Please set your notification preferences so we communicate to you as you prefer. You may not add other advertisers to your mailing list (email or sms) without their consent. We do not rent or sell mobile number and email addresses. "Spamming" can be defined as sending mass unsolicited emails and/or Short Messages (SMS). we will only send you promotional email or sms where we have your express permission, unless there is a legal or operational requirement for us to do so. If you receive promotional material that you no longer wish to receive, please notify us to unsubscribe from database record.
  4. 4.Collection of Personal Information we will not share any of your information with any outside party without your explicit consent unless we are required by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary in order to conform to the edicts of the law, cooperate with law enforcement or other government agencies, or comply with a legal process served on the Website, or court orders.
